2022 UPDATES

9/2/22 Update: The State of CT has informed the Town that the State has met with Respler and has notified them that there will not be an extension of the Purchase and Sales Agreement end date of 13 November 2022. In addition, the State has said that they will not deal with Blue Lotus Group.

9/17/22 Update: The State of CT has stated that they will complete the sale of the Mystic Oral School property to Respler for $1 despite the lack of successful experience developing a property and the questionable background of the owner.

10/04/22 Update: The State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development issued a letter today to Jeffrey Respler terminating the Purchase and Sales Agreement for the Mystic Oral School property effective 10/14/22.

 

10/26/22 Update: The DECD issued a rebuttal letter to Respler standing by their position that the Purchase and Sales Agreement is terminated.

11/18/22 Update: The Town of Groton has sent a letter to Respler Homes, LLC terminating the Mystic Oral School Development Agreement.
