About Mystic Oral School Advocates
Mystic Oral School Advocates is a group of Groton neighbors in the area of the Mystic Oral School (also known as the Mystic Education Center) and beyond, who have come together for the purpose of advocating for reasonable development of the Mystic Oral School property.
The goals of MOSA in 2023 are:
Advocate for the reasonable development of the Mystic Oral School property.
Advocate for a proper, transparent request for proposal (RFP) process, including a fair and informed decision mechanism for choosing the best proposal that fits with the existing nature of the area as reflected in the current zoning classifications.
